Noah Böker studied International Business Administration & Entrepreneurship at Leuphana University Lüneburg. During an audit internship he worked with Germany’s Transparenzregister under the national AML framework (GwG).
He researches Regulation (EU) 2024/1624 (AMLR) and how structured UBO determination and documentation change for obliged entities ahead of 10 July 2027 applicability.
At Transparify he owns regulatory product strategy: ensuring the workflow guides practitioners through ownership-interest and control analysis without claiming autonomous legal decisions.
