Noah Böker studied International Business Administration & Entrepreneurship at Leuphana University Lüneburg. During an internship in audit, he first worked with the German transparency register under the national AML law (GwG). When the new EU-wide AMLR framework came onto his radar, he began digging into its requirements in depth, working through the regulation itself to understand how Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) identification would change under the new rules.

It became clear that law firms and companies often run into legal uncertainty, a lack of structure, and complex ownership relationships when identifying UBOs, particularly in cases where control is exercised through special arrangements rather than direct ownership. That's the gap Transparify is built to close.

Noah brings a solid understanding of the regulatory background and substantive requirements, making sure Transparify doesn't just work technically, but holds up content-wise when it comes to structured UBO identification.

Nikolai Tiemann studies Economics at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and brings strong technical understanding along with genuine interest in digital processes. In earlier projects, ranging from internal tooling to small-scale automation, he's shown how complex workflows can be turned into software that's actually usable, often working directly with the people who'd end up relying on it day to day.

At Transparify, he drives technical development, making sure company documents are processed in a structured way, ownership chains are reconstructed accurately, and UBOs are identified automatically. His focus is on turning complex regulatory processes into an application that's reliable, secure, and easy to understand.

The result is software that helps law firms and compliance teams document control structures in a traceable way, across their entire client portfolio.
