Data security at Transparify
Highest priority
Data security is a top priority when using Transparify, for every step involved in determining Ultimate Beneficial Owners and preparing transparency register documentation.
Encryption and storage
Data you enter is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest. The application runs in Frankfurt, and the database is hosted in an EU data centre. Processing is subject to GDPR requirements.
User control
You can view your data at any time in your account. You can delete cases, drafts and stored documents there yourself. To delete your account, email info@usetransparify.com.
No sale or advertising use
We do not sell data you enter and we do not use it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers used to operate Transparify (subprocessors). We do not use it to train AI models.
